Sweet and Savory Crepe Recipes
There are hundreds of delicious recipes you can use to fill crepes. Here are a few of our favorites, but have some fun, use your favorite ingredients and your customers will keep coming back for more. SWEET CREPES
- Nutella Crepe
As the crepe is finishing up cooking, quickly add about three teaspoons of Nutella to one half of the crepe. The Nutella should start melting quickly. Spread it around with a spoon. Fold crepe in half and fold in half again – top it with a dollop of whipped cream and powdered sugar and/or drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
Other variations on the Nutella Crepe- add Bananas, Strawberries or Lingonberry Jam and increase the price by $1.00.
