This scrumptuous satin-crunchy eye candy, once seen, inhaled, chewed, then swallowed, has been known to make grown-ups swoon, non chocoholics dance and chocoholics start Wally 12-step programs.

4 dozen - Bada Bing - Mrs. Tollhouse move over! Full of melt-in-your-mouth chocolate which, after much searching and testing, had just the right feel, smoothness, dark richness, and degree of semi-sweetness to complement those whole roasted almonds of ours. 2 dozen - The Blues Brothers - Extra! Extra! We've heard all about it: those delicious little blueberries have an added antioxidant value. So, after a hankering for that incredible fresh-picked berry aroma he'd always loved, Wally reprised his yummy blueberry muffins. Think of them in a slightly crunchy, finger-shaped cookie that only Wally could bake. They go especially great with (dunking or not) milk or tea.

3 dozen - The Lemon Sisters - A Blast from the Past! Remember that great lemon meringue pie that your mom and Mrs. Cleaver hand made, pulled from their ovens, and brought to Friday night dinner tables all over America to the sound of sighs and "Oh my!"s? Wally has updated this treat. A tangy lemon chip (made just for Wally alone), a unique lemon curd and a few whipped-up touches create this soul-satisfying meringuey delight.

2 dozen - Pistachi-O-wie - Daring to go where no shortbread has gone before! Wally, though building on the rules of tradition, is never afraid to break those rules to make sure your pleasure is taken to the limit. He knew that a shortbread biscotti, despite having a modern non-square or non-pie shape, was necessary to satisfy your craving for buttery elegance wrapped around fine green pistachios and whole toasted almonds. He then topped them off with a liberal sprinkling of sparkling sanding sugar, and gave them a name that suited them and him. He named them after his own bit of wrap-around joy, his grandson Owie (short for Owen). Maybe a bit hard to pronounce, but definitely easy to eat.
